LI: To apply inquiry, literacy and numeracy to learn about the RWC.

For this activity we had to match the positions of rugby players. We also had to add a photo of their face. I don't know a lot about rugby players so my group and so I did some research. We found out how many caps they've played. Richie McCaw is the most capped rugby player of all time.

Rugby Events

LI: To apply inquiry, literacy and numeracy to learn about the rugby world cup.

For this activity we had to find three historical events about the Rugby World Cup. I picked 1987 which was when the first rugby world cup was held because New Zealand won the first rugby world cup. For my second event I picked 2011 games which was when New Zealand won their second time at Eden Park. The last event I picked was in 2015 where New Zealand won for the third time. This   record topped all the teams. We had to add images for each event to give more information.

L.I - To apply, inquiry , literacy and numeracy skills to learn about the RWC

For this task we did a Venn Diagram between Japan & NZ, we also had to find/search for facts to show the difference between those countries. We also had to find facts that were the same about those countries too.   If a country or continent was big then it would have different times for different places like Canada, Australia, USA and many more countries. It is called East coast, West coast, North coast & South coast. The time also differs when day light saving starts in different countries (Eg: Australia, NZ). When people cross the equator the time will change.
